I love using Sing Language in my classroom! Research shows it helps the brain make a connection between visual and oral language and is excellent for students with dyslexia. These videos feature quiet music as students sign along with the board. This includes a video on learning the sign language alphabet, three videos that test kids on recognizing the letters of the sign language alphabet, eleven videos that feature all 220 dolch sight words, and eleven videos that challenge students to read the dolch word that is being signed. There are 26 videos in all.
Due to the large file size, this product includes a PDF with links to the videos on Google Drive.
Each video is approximately 5 minutes long. These are terrific for transitions, rainy days, and substitutes. They are engaging and keep your whole class on-task. Time fillers with a purpose!
