Fire safety story for emergent and advanced readers (or ESL and ELL students). I created the fire safety story with the intention that the teacher would read the first book and early reader could read the second book independently. However, if you have an advanced reader in your elementary classroom, that student or group of students may be able to read the first story while early readers read the second. This book could also be used with young ESL students that are trying to name new items related to fire safety.

The Family Fire Safety fill in the blank is a way to get parents to connect with their child to discuss where their safe spot is in case of a fire. A letter is included to explain to parents the directions.
