If your school has not adopted an Emergency Roll Call sheet for their classrooms - I have attached one for you. It seems many schools have adopted emergency plans that include an emergency "safe wall" and are asking teachers to take role call while students are lined up on the "safe wall." This sheet is a great way to document that you are in compliance with the "School Emergency Plan" especially if you are required to submit evidence in your E.O.Y. evaluation binder. This is also very handy to have when you have to leave the classroom to go to a designated "safe area."
This sheet has 5 blank fields at the top that you can use to document the date and type of safety drill called or practiced. It also has 25 rows that you can hand write student names in or copy and paste from an electronic roll call document. If you need to have more rows for more student names - just copy and paste the already made table into a second Microsoft Word page.
P.S. TPT's thumbnail images show this document as being 2 pages and this document is only one page. The form fits on an 8.5 x 11 standard sheet of paper and the orientation is landscape. You can click on the preview button to see what this actually looks like if you have a user account.
P.S.S - This is a Microsoft Word document - .docx
