This case study covers a broken bone, tibia, and the response and rescue of the 61-year-old female patient. In this case study a student sees how an injury occurred, how the patient was rescued, and treated in the field, and includes a patient follow-up. Students are given a patient assessment and 24 questions to answer about the patient and the skeletal system. Students will need to do some research to answer some of the questions about fractures and procedures.
This product would be great for anatomy and physiology or any health science class. There is an answer key included with this product.
