Product Description
This is a program I use with the students in my 12:1 classroom. We use a reading program which is very successful, so I wanted to create something similar with the sight words the students should learn first. The repetition makes it great for students with disabilities. I have created this packet of the first 20 sight words that students in Kindergarten should know. This would be great to use for RTI. It is meant to be implemented to a student one-on-one, not in a group setting.

How to use: Use a piece of paper to cover up the whole page besides the row you are focusing on. Each row has a number and letter on the left hand side, which tells you what you want to student to focus on. The letter tells you what word you want the student to point to. If it says a-have the student point to the first word, b-have the student point to the second word, c-have the student point to the third word.

Example:
1 the ------------------ -------------
Say: “Here is a new word- the. Say ‘the’.”

2. bft the un
Say: “Point to ‘the”.

3. cros fuvx the
Say: “Point to ‘the”.

4. bsho the rwoa
Say: “Point to ‘the”.

5 the
Say: “What word is this”
