I have found that even after weeks of school, the students are not familiar with our textbook! I realize that students need time to get familiar with their textbook. What better way to do this than a scavenger hunt. This scavenger hunt requires that students look through the textbook to see how it is set up, and it also requires that they begin to apply some academic content in preparation for this course. Students may work alone or with a partner for this activity. This scavenger hunt is for the American Government: Roots and Reform textbook by O'Connor, Sabato, and Yanus.
