Product Description
Provide your new first graders with the opportunity to build confidence and get back into the swing of school as they practice and review kindergarten math skills while building bridges to first grade math skills. This packet includes review/practice with the following skill areas:
~ Counting to 100 by 1s, 2s, 5s, and 10s
~ Counting objects
~ Comparing numerals
~ Place value
~ Basic shapes
~ Adding and subtracting
~ Solving word problems
~ using and making simple bar graphs

This packet includes 11 ready-to-use pages that you can use in whatever way meets your needs--as homework, as morning work, as in-class practice, or any combination of these during the first week of first grade.

This packet also includes an answer key and a list of kindergarten and first grade common core skills addressed in this packet.

This packet is designed for the beginning of the first grade school year but would also be appropriate for students at the end of kindergarten or for older students who need a review of basic skills.

Be sure to check out First Grade ELA: The First Week Common-Core Aligned Review Packet in my shop at http://www.teacherspayteachers.com/Store/Slp4jc.

[Please note: I have noticed that the margins of the printable pages sometimes look different when printed on different printers, as with many documents. Hopefully, when you print, the margins and borders will be perfectly centered, as they are designed to be! If not, you may want to try printing from a different printer or adjust printer settings if you are able to do that. If that does not work, please send me a comment or question with your e-mail address, and I will contact you by e-mail so we can find a solution that works for you!]
