These exit tickets created by The Primary Place are designed to complement the Math in Focus: Singapore Math series for first grade. There are 32 different exit tickets. Each exit ticket is a printable half sheet. It has the corresponding chapter and lesson listed in the top corner as well as the first grade CCSS that align with it. There are pencil and crayon symbols in the corner to let the teacher know what the students will need to complete the exit ticket.
There is also an Exit Ticket Recording Sheet, an Exit Ticket Planning Sheet, and a booklet cover if you should decide to make the exit tickets into a stapled booklet for ease of use.
Just have your students take five minutes or less to complete the exit ticket. Then based on the results, you can plan your instruction for the following lesson or differentiate your small groups/math centers.
