We can write bestselling novels too! In this unit, students will learn how to write realistic fiction stories. They will learn about fiction characters, describe a problem that could really happen and how their characters come up with a solution.
Students will create their own main character for the unit using a character web. Students can sketch and write a number of things to describe the character. A must for your lower level writers, ELL students and students with special needs. You could also use it for small group. Choose from 6 differentiated character web sheets depending on student’s preference.
