This packet was designed to give students additional practice reading, spelling, and writing sight words. When using these practice pages, students will identify vowels and consonants, practice handwriting, write and illustrate words in sentences, say letter names and sounds with fluency, and match uppercase and lowercase letters. These pages can be used in whole group instruction, reading groups, and intervention groups. They work well with Word Work, literacy centers, and independent work.
The words used in this packet are from the First Grade Dolch sight word list: after, again, an, any, as, ask, by, could, every, fly, from, give, giving, have, has, her, him, his, how, just, know, let, live, may, of, old, once, open, over, put, round, some, stop, take, thank, them, then, think, walk, were, and when.

There is also a Freebie that goes with these words on my Teachers Pay Teachers page. It gives you rules to the 4 sight word games: Go Fish, Memory, Spoons and Detective.
