The main objective of this product is to equip first responders such as police officers, paramedics, and firefighters with visual cue cards to support individuals who have disabilities. The product will be helpful for the following groups of individuals: people with disabilities including autism, people who have limited language skills, various psychiatric conditions, and second language learners.
The cue cards include visual supports for the following: bandage, show where you hurt, thirsty,hungry, please, no, no hitting, stand up, wait, doctor, shot, hospital, firefighter, police, ambulance, medicine, xray, more, hungry, how do you feel, danger, stop, sit, yes, and quiet.
