This resource is designed to provide a fun way for students to practice adding numbers using the math strategy of doubles. Students cover up the fish bowls on their game boards by solving addition problems presented on the fish cards they pick. It is a game that students can use independently with a partner or with a group during math centers. It can also be used by a general education or special education teacher with a group of students who may be struggling with adding numbers using the math strategy of doubles but who are motivated by learning games. Great for special education students who have IEP goals in the area of math calculation or computation.
Intended for grades K-2.
