This fitness activity is a great way for your students to get active and build on learning to cooperate with others. Think of a giant connect 4 board that your students will build. Each card has a QR code that will link to an animated GIF demonstrating how to perform the exercise if the students don't know how to perform it. There are 12 different color sets for your classes. Simply divide the class into several small teams and give each team a stack of same color card for their team.
Students within their groups will take turns drawing the top card from their stack. The whole group will then perform the activity on the card. After they complete the activity, the students who drew the card will run out and add it the cards in the middle building off their color cards or blocking other cards. The students are trying to see how many cards they can get in a row. There are Qr codes on each card for students to scan to see how to perform the activity.
I also have placed some variations that you can use for the cards. This activity was created by me, Benjamin Pirillo. By purchasing these cards you agree to use them for a single classroom only. You may print the file multiple times but only for the one who purchased it.
