These fitness dice can be used as a warm up activity, during a fitness or yoga unit, as a whole class activity or in small groups.
Cut out each die and fold/glue each one into a cube. Have the teacher or students roll a fitness cube and a number cube. Students are to complete the fitness activity rolled for the allotted number of time/seconds rolled on the number die.
