Fitness Fiasco is a 2 team game that works on dodging and fleeing skills as well as rolling or striking objects toward moving targets. Student will also work to improve their fitness levels in a variety of activities targeting different parts of the body (upper, core and lower). This activate2educate activity allows for many variations. Use any fitness activities that your students know how to do OR incorporate unit skills (i.e. toss/catch, stationary dribble, volleyball set, etc.) into the activity.
