Print out multiple copies of each Fitness Flow Chart and laminate them so you can use them multiple times.
4 different flow charts in all (one focused on cardio exercises, one focused on upper body strengthening exercises, one focused on lower body strengthening exercises and one focused on flexibility). To begin, give each student a flow chart and have them start up at the top of the flow chart at the word “START”. The self-directed nature of the charts will have students reading/follow the arrows in the flow chart that lead them to certain questions, decisions or exercises to do. Once the student follows the arrows in the flow chart and it leads them to the “FINISH”, students will find someone to trade with who has a different colored card than they already have had and start all over again with the new flow chart.
