5 Days of Circuits!
Test your kids in small groups (4-7 kiddos) while the other groups are doing a station until you rotate. The stations/fitness test are split into working different parts of body different days so as not to overwork muscle groups that are being tested. Each station group includes one station of stretching to be the one done before rotating to the testing station. Station Cards also include how to cues and a easy to understand picture.
This is great for when you need to test but are stuck in the hallway for whatever reason or even use it in a gym with more space! Good for large classes of 30-50 kiddos.
