Hello! I am an online fitness coach as well as a science teacher. I have chosen to utilize the TPT platform to share what I do with you. In running an online fitness program I strive to help teachers in particular reach their fitness goals. I saying that, this document is meant to explain both the fitness style I will be coaching you through and why you do it.

I wanted to take a moment and explain the workout plan that you have received. I suppose as a teacher it is just in my bones to explain why things are the way they are. Your workout is broken down into the warm up, circuit training, cardio and cool down (maybe better termed recovery).
