Alright, friends, I am trying something new for the 2017 New Year! :)
I love Interactive Journals! I decided to make one to help me keep track of my fitness goals! It has really helped me to hold myself accountable and I love it so much that I had to share it with you all!
There are currently pages for staying hydrated, 30 day fitness challenges, and even saving money! All of the documents are in PDF and Word so that you can use them as is, or make changes to fit your needs!
It's a work in progress right now, so I'm leaving it as a free resource with the hopes of getting some feedback. I am also going to add more as the year continues!
