Over 10 different exercises for your fitness classes to choose from! No equipment needed!
- Teacher may choose to hide the exercises for the students to have to find, or place them in a designated area for the students to retrieve easily. Even more fun to be had if the exercises are placed upside-down at the beginning of the activity!
- Students will pick up an exercise and will complete it individually, with partners, or in groups.
- Teacher may decide whether the student leaves the exercise in the same spot or takes it with them while they do the exercise.
- Two sets of each exercise are provided so teacher can allow for more than one student to be able to do the same exercise at one time.
This can be used as an excellent warm-up to get your students' blood flowing!
