Use these stations during your PE class to encourage movement and leadership. I love to put student leaders in charge of each station and allow them to creatively encourage and motivate their group!
Station 5 is a chance for me to get Fitness Gram testing completed for those students that might have been absent. When I am done testing, I simply take out station 5 and the students rotate from station 4 to 6.
I use these with my 6th grade class, run the set for two weeks, and then change out the stations. This gives plenty of time to develop the skill at the station and gives everyone a chance to be a leader a few times.
