Print out the 9 different pages of cards, laminate them and cut out each individual card.
For the activity, give each student one of the fitness trader cards face down and instruct the students to not look at their card yet. If your students are not familiar with the exercises on the cards, you may want to go over them briefly before starting the activity. When the music starts, students will be traveling around the gym according to the locomotor skill given to them. Each time you say "TRADE" while the music is on, they will trade cards with another student, keeping the cards face down so no one knows what they are getting. When the music stops, they flip their card over and perform whichever exercise is on it for the amount of seconds/repetitions stated on the card. Repeat multiple rounds for a great fitness warm up/activity!
