This is a fitness game using a simple deck of uno cards. The game gets people up and moving and practicing a variety of fitness activities. Prep is necessary for this activity but is minimal. You will need a sharpie to write on the different cards and can write exercises based on whatever fitness equipment (hand weights, balls, jump rope, etc.) is available to you.
