This activity encourages students to look at their current practices for physical activity and to set goals for improvement. The following topics are covered: amount of time spent watching television; amount of time spent playing computer games; outside play, walking or riding bicycle and safety equipment.
Ask students to complete respond to self assessment questions. Use the questions as a basis of class discussion. Ask students to select one area that they need to improve on. Ask them to write/or draw their new goals for fitness and exercise.
The activity meets health and physical education standards.
