This book is full of worksheets that you have to fill out to hold yourself accountable and motivational quotes to keep you going!
There are various sections: fitness quiz section, Progress Selfies Section, Nutrition Section, Weight and Measurements Section, Workouts Section, Music Section, Sleep Section, and Notes from the book "The Metabolic Effect Diet" by Jade Teta. There are motivational quotes throughout the book. The Table of Contents has listed the order of the sections but not the page numbers so you may take out or add in what you need.
