Students practice proofreading for capitalization, end punctuation, and comma in a series with these 4 sets of writing conventions practice sheets.
This resource includes 4 sets (2 pages each) of practice.
• Fall, Winter, , Spring, & Summer #1 (8 sentences each) - students find 3 mistakes in each sentence which may include capitalizing the first letter of the first word in the sentence, a person's name, days of the week, months of the year, and the pronoun I; changing and upper case letter to a lower case if capitalized incorrectly; and choosing the best end punctuation
• Fall, Winter, Spring, & Summer #2 (5 sentences each) - mistakes to fix include inserting a comma in a series where they belong, and appropriately capitalizing letters.
Illustration pages included for students to illustrate one sentence from each page.
