Do your kindergartners need practice with ending punctuation and capitalization? With these task cards, students can manipulate the punctuation to go at the end of the sentence and mark the word that needs a capital letter with a counter. Then they can practice writing the sentence on a recording sheet. For differentiation, there is also an option to just write in the punctuation and daub the letter that needs capitalized on some of the recording sheets. This resource includes an anchor chart to teach the concept and two fun optional games to be used with the task cards. It is geared just for kindergarten! Sentences include simple sight words, CVC words, and picture clues for easy decoding.
