This product contains the following:
--Word Cards for each chapter, including the Prologue. Each word card is marked at the bottom, on the right-hand side to correspond with the chapter it is found in. Meaning—if it is Chapter One, it is marked C1, Prologue is marked P, etc. Hopefully, this will be helpful if the cards are ever mixed up. It provides an easy way to group them.
--Comprehension Worksheets (3), these can be used at the end of the chapter or at the conclusion of the book to help assess understanding of the story.
--Compound Words Worksheet, the words included are vocabulary words from the book. KEY provided.
--Nouns and Verbs Sorting Activity Worksheet, the words included are vocabulary words from the book.
--Elf Name Activity, these can be printed in color or black and white, both versions are included. This is a fun activity to do at the end of the reading of the book. We use these names on our “Elf Application” that is included in this packet also.
--Elf Application, the students have a chance to “apply” for a job to work with Santa at the North Pole. Fun questions are a part of the application.
--Flat Stanley Maze Worksheet, help Stanley get to the North Pole to see Santa. KEY included.
