Thanks so much for your interest in my math fact product FREEBIE!

This simple but effective introduction fact family activity is designed to help students understand that two addition math facts can be created from the same three numbers by adding two numbers together (to get the 3rd number) and simply reversing the numbers. *Once students understand the addition and reversing concepts covered in this activity, subtraction math facts will come much simpler to understand.

Directions and Supplies Needed:

Supplies: Dominos

Directions: Pick a domino and draw the dots in the two squares on top. Next, flip flop (reverse) the same domino and draw the dots in the bottom two squares. Add each math fact and write in the answers. Continue by picking a different domino for each of the six sections.
