The ‘Flip Lap Book Report’ is a creative activity that requires your student’s to respond to the text that they have read through a variety of differentiated activities, while simultaneously enjoying the construction of the flip lap book.

Your students will begin with choosing a flip book front cover from three available options, and then decorate these pages with a title and key words from the text that they have read. Have them then open the flip book to complete the character boxes with either a main or supporting character.

Follow the instructions to collate six center pages to form a flip lap book. Choose from a variety of worksheets that vary in reading skills or have your students design their own unique book.
