Goal: The goal of the game is to be the first player to X out all of the aliens on your card.
Set up: Print all pages on white cardstock, glue the answer on the back of each question and laminate. If you can print the Flippin’ in Outer Space game board on a poster machine it looks great. (I did mine on a 1/2 poster).
Start: Each player would get a player card (player 1, 2, 3, or 4). Each player needs a dry erase marker or Vis a Vi marker to put an X on the aliens.
Separate the questions in 4 piles by putting the same type of alien together in between the players. If you have a flipping frog (or ant from the game Ants in the Pants) you would have the student flip on the Flippin’ in Outer Space Game Board. If their frog lands on In Outer Space: Lose a Turn- they lose their turn. If their frog lands on an alien. They choose a coordinating alien card. For each question you answer correctly you get to X out an alien. The first player to X out all of the aliens on your card.
If you do not have a flipping frog or ant- they could toss a bean bag or coin on the game board.
