This classroom management strategy is exactly as it sounds! Begin with the word flipped upside down, and turn over a letter each time you catch your class exhibiting a positive behavior. If you witness any unwanted behavior, you could always turn a letter back over. Once all of the letters have been turned right side up, the class will claim their reward! Fostering collaboration and community is an effective classroom management strategy that also promotes 21st century skills!

There are 10 seasonal reward days, as well as 12 reward days that can be used anytime throughout the year. Your class will work to spell the following words:

- applesauce, apples, apple cider
- pumpkins
- leaf hunt
- friendship
- gingerbread
- snowman soup
- kindness
- bookworm
- jelly beans
- bubble day
- popsicles
- pajama day
- stuffy day
- pizza party
- game day
- ice cream
- crazy hair
- swip swap
- tech break
- popcorn
- no homework
- smelly feet
- crazy socks
- backwards day
