Thank you for this wonderful resource! I'm teaching middle school science at a homeschool coop and the current chapter on plants and this was a fantastic activity. They had fun using some of the dissection tools and asked a lot of questions along the way. Content-rich but also able to be easily done in one class period. Thank you!
