To Pop or Not to Pop
This worksheet can be be folded (hamburger-style) and cut to reveal a pop-out of a flower, or not (printout as is and color coordinate). It comes complete with labeled sepals, petal, pistil (stigma, ovary, eggs), and stamen (anther and pollen). Each left-sided vocabulary word corresponds with its definition on the right.
Have students color coordinate the words on the left with the flower itself (as well the vocabulary on the right).
If you're choosing the pop-up style, Instruct students to hamburger fold the paper (with the design on the outside - see image) and cut around the black lines (do not cut the sides of the left and right petals - there are no black lines).
Unfold and glue in notebook!
