You will find 5 product pages with 4 standards-based task cards on each page for a total of 20 task cards. Work on identifying numbers and drawing that many items.
Purchasing the growing bundle now gives you a better deal. More cards will be added and the price will increase. You can find it here: Flowers Task Cards growing bundle
Use the cards in your math centers, guided math practice, journals, etc. With all task cards, you can add the expectation that the student must explain how he or she knew the answer or draw an alternate representation.
The cards are grouped into four groups.
*Require the student to identify and draw numbers 1 – 20
Print and laminate (to keep the cards durable). Keep the cards in a file box, sandwich bags, or on binder rings by group or however you choose to store them.
Notes: For PreK classrooms, this may be best suited to use later in the year. It depends upon your curriculum and your students, of course.
For second grade students you can add the prerequisite that they create a math task of their own based on the given card.
