General reading graph (graph by 1’s, 2’s, 5’s or 10’s)
General math graph (graph by 1’s, 2’s, 5’s or 10’s)
General writing graph (graph by 1’s, 2’s, 5’s or 10’s)
General graph (graph by 1’s, 2’s, 5’s or 10’s)
Blank graph (graph by 1’s, 2’s, 5’s or 10’s)

Each graph has a positive affirmation for the student, an area to write the skill being practiced, an area to write their goal, and an area for teacher notes.

Use ideas:
Reading fluency- blue for cold timings and red for hot timings
Letter and sound fluency
Number identification fluency
Math facts fluency
Writing fluency- used with timed writings
Allow students to choose their own graphing colors to increase motivation
