Product Description
The purpose of this packet is to help students work on slow and easy speech.

This packet contains the following:
**3 pages of therapy ideas (listed from easy to hard)
**do like/do not like sentence strips
**4 decks of cards:
Deck 1 = 24 picture cards (words are in black font)
Deck 2 = 24 action cards (words are in blue font)
Deck 3 = 12 compare/contrast single word cards (words are in red font)
Deck 4 = 12 compare/contrast action cards (words are in purple font)

Here are some activities you can do with this packet (more activities are listed in the packet):

1) The easiest skill: Using Deck 1, alternate picking a card and simply labeling it. To increase difficulty, you can use/add Deck 2 since this will lengthen the amount of words the student needs to say.

2) Using Deck 1, print an additional copy of Deck 1 pages, but laminate them and use them as picture boards. The cards go on the table in a pile. Each person gets a board. Alternate picking a card, label it and ask if the other person needs it. Example: “I picked a flower. Do you need it?” The other person will have to answer “Yes, I need it.” or “No, I don’t need it.” Card goes to whomever needs it, face-down to cover matching picture on the board. First person to completely cover their board is the winner.

3) Choose Deck 3 or Deck 4 (depending on difficulty level you want), alternate picking a card and stating how the 2 pictures are the same.

4) Choose Deck 1 or Deck 2 (depending on the difficulty level you want) Alternate picking a card and having the other person guess what it is by asking simple questions. (You can also play this game – to make it easier to guess – by placing 10 cards face-up on the table. No one physically picks a card but will choose a card silently in their head.)
