I created this fluency practice for my high school students with fluency challenges. Each student is asked to read a page "cold" (with no previewing) and record it. I recommend using phones or ipads for this.
Then the students listen back and self-evaluate.
Finally, they practice the same passage a few more times, record on the final time, listen back, and reevaluate.
Students like how they are in charge or their own evaluation and practice.
