This Scoot game is a fun way to practice nursery rhyme fluency with your students. There are 12 different nursery rhymes included. They are:
Little Jack Horner
Simple Simon
One, Two, Three, Four, Five
Old Mother Hubbard
Jack and Jill
One, Two, Buckle My Shoe
Hickory Dickory Dock
Jack Sprat
Humpty Dumpty
Row, Row, Row Your Boat
Little Miss Muffet
Bell Horses
This Scoot game comes with two different versions.
Version One suggests that each student has the same partner throughout the game. This allows the teacher to have control over the partnerships.
Version Two suggests that each student has a different partner for each passage. This allows the student to listen to a variety of different readers.
Each version has more specific directions.
There are also student answer/recording sheets. They correspond to the two different games.
I hope your students enjoy this activity as much as mine did!
