Designed for 3-5 year old children with autism or intellectual delays, this simple matching task teaches matching and visual discrimination. I usually use this matching task during direct teaching, often encouraging students to discriminate between the different pictures. I get so many objectives for matching "picture to picture" and like to use these highly rewarding games at the start of the year to focus on the skill of matching before I start introducing new vocabulary to the activity. Created by *miss kim designs* a store for the unique learners in your life.

Instructions for creating the matching task are included in the .zip file.

These matching tasks are perfect for use with many of my adapted books. My adapted books are created for use in pre-K, preschool, early childhood special education and child care classrooms. Each book is interactive and focuses on new vocabulary. To see my inventory of adapted books, click here.
