Following auditory directions is an essential, daily skill. Students who demonstrate limited attention, poor working memory, and delayed language-processing skills are at a disadvantage academically and socially.
Set 3 of the LISTEN Task cards presents 3-step complex auditory directions. These directions are linguistically complex and demanding. Students will be required to follow directions using before and after clauses, order, negation, and more. Each student is given an answer response sheet. As the task cards are read aloud, students mark their responses on the answer sheets. These cards can be used with 1 student or a group of students. A great way to measure progress of IEP goals for progress reports!
How To Use:
1. Print the task cards on cardstock
2. Cut apart and laminate
3. Print 1 copy of the Answer sheets for each student
