Instructions: Print (landscape), cut in half, staple in order starting with cover, pg1, pg2, pg3, pg4, pg5, back-cover (Eat!)

Spring is here! And so is the end of the school year. YAY!! What I have here is the last craft activity we will do for the school year. If your schools are like mine they are planting garden all around the school grounds. I will take my students out to visit the garden then we will return and make dirt cups :-) The students can enjoy working as team while taking turns to following the simple picture directions. While the students wait for the pudding to set or after they eat it you can use the pictures as a sequencing activity. Great for non-verbal students to make request and identify items by name (vocabulary building). Use the space above the picture on cover to add the possessive form of student's name (e.g. Kendall's Dirt Cup Recipe). Discuss possessive pronouns and assess for use of possessive /s/ (if age appropriate). Tons of expressive and receptive language skills can been elicited with this activity. I hope you enjoy!
