Students with a hearing loss often struggle with following directions tasks due to poor auditory memory and listening skills. This is a rubric and goal I've created to monitor this need area for my students.
Suggested use: Focus on 1-step directions until the student has mastered this skill before moving on to 2-step directions. Once the student has masted 1 and 2-step directions, mix up your directions set to include some of each, then move on to 3-step directions.
All of my files are completely editable for your needs. Each state has different criteria for goal writing and progress monitoring, so I want to make sure my tools are editable for use by all teachers.
