This activity file is great to use for loco-motor skills or any type of movement skills. It’s an activity that uses the following concepts: sportsmanship, foot-eye coordination, Hand-eye coordination, body control, body awareness, speed, quickness flexibility, muscular strength, muscular endurance, and agility. This activity involves either the students having a partner or you can divide the teams up into as many small groups as possible. The goal of the activity is to emphasize the importance of the food groups and healthy eating. You can talk about those topics as you wish or just use this activity as a warm-up or cool-down.
