Encourage healthy eating habits with this Eating Healthy/Food Group Journal. Designed to go along with your nutrition/food group unit this journal will help your students/child track what they eat at breakfast, lunch and dinner....and what food groups they ate from at that meal. I have included formatted/numbered pages for Days 1-3. If you choose to use it for more than 3 days I have included extra pages w/o a number. At the end there is also a reflection page, and a goal setting page so that your students can think about what they can do better in terms of eating healthy. Hopefully this will help to encourage some healthy eating habits!!
