What should we be eating, what helps us grow or not?
Let’s check the food pyramid
From the bottom to the top (2x)
At the bottom of the pyramid are the grains like bread and rice
Pasta and cereal, Pizza by the slice
next come the vegetables and fruit, you see
That help us keep our bodies very healthy
Next we have fish, meat and poultry
Yogurt, eggs and nuts, beans and cheese.
2 or 3 servings would be just great
Breakfast,lunch or dinner, I just can’t wait!
At the top of the pyramid’s what we need the least
Fats and oils and all those yummy treats.
All in moderation is what we say
