This product will help your FFA students prepare for the team practicum of the Food Science and Technology CDE. This resource includes four scenarios with a corresponding excel sheet for each that has ingredient pricing and nutrition information. The scenarios are as follows: develop a refrigerated low-carb lunch wrap for millennials; develop a frozen high-fiber lunch stir fry for senior citizens; develop a refrigerated, low-sugar lunch product for kids and pre-teens; and develop a low-sodium lunch salad for working adults. All documents are in a PDF form, so you can change them to meet your team's needs. Note: These products are modeled after the scenarios that are used for the Oklahoma FFA competition.
