This product will help your FFA students prepare for the team practicum of the Food Science and Technology CDE. This resource includes one scenario for a lunch salad, and one excel sheet with ingredient pricing and nutrition information. The scenario is asking for students to develop a low-sodium lunch salad for working adults. Neither document is in a PDF form, so you can change them to meet your team's needs. Note: These products are modeled after the scenarios that are used for the Oklahoma FFA competition.
