Product Description
This power point includes instructions and photographs of examples for a food sculpture project done with model magic and acrylic paint. I have done this project in ceramics with my students as well, so it can easily be adjusted to fit your plan! The kids love creating their food sculptures and making them as real as possible. I began this project with 8th graders originally, but am now going to try it with my 6th graders. This project is easily tailored to elementary, middle and high school-simply by changing the expectations for realism, materials (acrylic paint vs. tempera paint), time allowed, etc. Have fun! :)
