Description
This lesson goes over the difference between local, industrial, and organic foods, and the pros and cons of each. It gets students thinking about where the food on their plate comes from! It also discusses the quality of life for the animals that we eat and why cows are an environmental threat. Included is a 26 slide powerpoint presentation, an optional student notes page, and links to helpful youtube videos.
